Brittni Traina
​As a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and emergency room evaluation. I am eager to help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and mood disorders. With excellent people skills, I am committed to building strong therapeutic relationships with my clients and creating a safe and welcoming space for them to discuss their mental health concerns.
In addition to my professional experience, I am also passionate about farming with my many animals, crafting and spending time with my family or friends. This combination of personal and professional interests allows me to approach my work with a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for the importance of balance in one's life. I am a firm believer that strong rapport is one of the most important foundations for successful treatment.
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and personable experience, and I am committed to tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client. Melissa Siegel
Melissa Siegel is a licensed clinical social worker who graduated from Fordham University in 2015. She has a strong background in working with the adolescent population in various psychiatric inpatient facilities. Melissa has run many successful group and family therapy sessions, and has gained a reputation as a well-rounded and experienced behavioral health clinician.
Throughout her career, Melissa has worked in diverse social work settings with various populations, and is committed to improving the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of all individuals served. She is proficient in healthcare and has developed a keen understanding of the challenges faced by those with mental health and behavioral health concerns.
Melissa is well-versed in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and risk assessment skills. She is passionate about helping her clients develop the skills and strategies they need to manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being.
Melissa's warm, empathetic, and understanding approach helps her build strong relationships with her clients. She is dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Alyson Smith
As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and become the best version of themselves in a safe, comforting, and non-judgmental environment. I believe in a personalized approach to best meet each of my clients’ individual needs. I aim to empower you by teaching you a variety of skills including mindfulness, emotional regulation skills, and distress tolerance skills.
I have experience providing therapeutic treatment in a variety of settings working with adults, adolescents, and families. I enjoy working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, family conflict, and many other symptoms.
In my time away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, creating new projects on my Cricut, and exploring new places. I aim for our sessions to be a place where you feel comfortable to be the most authentic version of yourself, where we can build a strong therapeutic bond to ensure your journey is as successful as possible.

Christina Martino
My name is Christina Martino and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Stony Brook University in 2017. I have a strong clinical background in working with adults and adolescents, as well as multiple years of clinical experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I value helping others finding peace and happiness. I am well versed in various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person centered therapy, collaborative problem solving, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also have extensive experience in community and self help resources to assist you in your healing journey.
I strive to make the therapeutic environment a safe space for healing, growth and self exploration. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is crucial in fostering change, overcoming challenges and achieving goals. I meet my clients where they are at and acknowledge that the therapeutic process is a collaborative team effort.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, shopping, and cooking. I practice mindfulness daily and encourage my clients to utilize this technique as well to live a healthy life. Eileen Murray
Eileen Murray is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Stony Brook University with a Master of Social Work Degree with a specialization in trauma, in 2015. Eileen has extensive experience in working with adults, adolescents, and children, living with severe and persistent mental health issues, a strong background in trauma-informed therapy, crisis counseling, self-harm reduction, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, and substance use and recovery oriented services.

Eileen has extensive experience in providing therapeutic treatment in a variety of settings, working with adults, adolescents, and families, and has facilitated many group therapy services. family therapy sessions, and parent training sessions. Eileen has experience in working with individuals who have a history of depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, self-esteem issues, and anger management issues, as well as experience providing psychotherapy related to reparenting, and inner child work. Eileen is well-versed in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, brief solution focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic/talk therapy, safety planning and risk assessment, and mindfulness.

Eileen’s gentle, warm, and understanding approach, coupled with a good-natured sense of humor, make her approachable, and able to develop strong relationships with her clients. Eileen’s priority is to create a safe, non-judgemental space, and a strong therapeutic relationship where trust and empathy is the foundation.

Outside of work, Eileen enjoys spending time with her friends and family, pet dog, and her two cats. Eileen's hobbies and interests include reading, writing, hiking, jogging, listening to music/attending concerts.
